🕯️ What kind of wax do you use?

We use a luxurious olive oil-based wax blend that offers a smooth, clean burn and excellent fragrance throw.

 

📦 When will my order ship?

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.

 

🔥 How do I care for my candle?

• Always trim the wick to ¼ inch before lighting
• Allow the wax to melt edge-to-edge on the first burn
• Never leave a candle unattended
• Keep away from drafts, children, and pets

🎁 Do you offer gift packaging?

 

Yes! All orders are packed beautifully, but we also offer gift notes and add-ons like wax seals and ribbon upon request.

🔁 What’s your refund policy?

 

Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales are final. However, if something arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

📬 Do you ship internationally?

 

Not at this time — we currently ship within the U.S. only.
