Shipping & Return Policy

At Amana’s Candles, each candle is carefully handcrafted and packaged with care. Please allow 5-10 business days for order processing before shipping.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade and custom nature of these candles. 

However, if your item arrives damaged (such as a broken candle jar) or if your candle will not stay lit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll be happy to make it right.

Candle Care & Burning Instructions

Our candles are made with wood wicks, which require a few special care steps:

• Always trim your wood wick to 1/8” (3 mm) before each burn. This ensures a steady flame and prevents sooting.
• Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the jar during the first burn to prevent tunneling.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended or near flammable objects.

Each candle is poured with our signature olive oil wax blend and may have slight variations due to their handmade nature.

⚠️ Candle Safety Warning:

Burn within sight. Keep away from flammable objects, children, and pets. Trim wick to ¼” before each use. Burn on a heat-resistant surface. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Discontinue use when ½” of wax remains.
